Kids Fly Free on These Dates on Frontier
The dates for Frontier's Kids Fly Free are mostly Tuesdays and Wednesdays in February through August.
If you're sick of winter, Frontier Airlines has a Kids Fly Free promotion that allows one child to fly free for each adult passenger on select dates from February to August.
You have to join its Discount Den program ($59.99). It defines kids as 14 and younger. It's not available on all flights and you have to book by Feb. 12.
Still, if you're flexible on when you can travel and have a couple younger kids, it might be a cheap way to visit a relative or go someplace warm for a few days.
Frontier flies out of Philadelphia International Airport to a bunch of places. We picked Orlando and found flights leaving on April 17 for around $250 and returning on April 23 for as little as $50. Flights to Denver on July 16 were between $100 and $225 and returned on July 23 for $125 to $225.
These are all the dates included in Frontier's promotion, which are mostly Tuesdays and Wednesdays with some Saturdays in the spring, though Frontier says they are subject to change.

There are other restrictions. You have to book through FlyFrontier.com; it doesn't include fees for bags or picking a seat; it can't be combined with other promotions.
If you have older kids, the 14-and-under limit might discourage you, but if you have a bunch of little ones and an older one, Frontier says anyone over 14 is counted as an adult, so you qualify for a free child ticket if you buy an "adult" ticket for your 15-year-old.
We know. It sounds like a lot of math to go on vacation. But think of it this way: If you spend a couple hours working out the details, you'll either get a cheap vacation or you'll have made two hours of frigid winter weather go by even faster. Winter win!
