Summer Saturdays 2026: Free Family Workshops Celebrate America 250

Aug. 1, 10 a.m.-noon | Trenton, NJ

Artists from Trenton City Museum will lead attendees in historical craft workshops, including making tri-corner hats, corn husk dolls, baskets and a ball-and-cup game. Every child attendee will receive a free drawstring bag.

The West Chester Area Council of Governments Presents America 250: A Stroll Through West Chester

Aug. 2, 4-10 p.m. | West Chester, PA

A living history event held on Gay Street, including historical exhibitions, family-friendly activities and a drone show at night. An additional ticket can be purchased for better viewing of the drone show.
