There’s a wide variety of fun activities happening this weekend. From game nights to park clean-ups to an early holiday flea market, your whole family will have plenty to do.

Let’s Make a Vision Board

All ages are welcome at this crafting event at Logan Library. Participants will cut out images from magazines and create vision boards for their future.

Family Game Night at Haddon Square

There’s a game for everyone to play at Haddon Square’s Family Game Night, from board games to word games to badminton and cornhole. You’ll also welcome to bring your own games, food and drink to enjoy with your neighbors.

Love Your Park Fall Service Day

This Saturday is the annual Love Your Park Day, featuring volunteer opportunities in parks across the whole city. Kids are welcome to come help clean up and celebrate their local neighborhood green spaces.

Yokai Family Weekend

Fairmount Park’s Shofuso Japanese House and Garden is hosting a weekend-long family-friendly event exploring supernatural creatures and spirits from Japanese folklore. Participants will participate in a scavenger hunt, listen to stories and make spooky origami crafts. If you dress up, you’ll get free admission passes to visit Shofuso next year!

Storytelling Through Music

Kids’ Wellness Day

All are welcome at this free multigenerational outdoor event. Join the library and author Stacey Woodson, MS, RD, LDN for an afternoon of food, reading, movement cooking and activities. Attendees will be able to purchase a copy of Woodson’s book Delicious and Nutritious: The Princess of Picky Eating Tries New Foods and get it signed by the office.
