Winter Fun: Day 11

Franklin Institute Ticket Giveaway

Inspire your Lego enthusiast with new dozens of new building ideas – enter to win a family 4-pack of tickets to Philly’s Franklin Institute, where your clan can check out the new The Art of the Brick exhibit.

All ages will be wowed by the brick masterpieces you’ll see on display. Those same toy bricks we all know so well have been transformed into more than 100 one-of-a-kind Lego sculptures by contemporary artist Nathan Sawaya.

In this Lego art gallery, find re-imagined versions of famous paintings including Vincent Van Gogh’s Starry Night, Leonardo Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa and Edvard Munch’s The Scream. And, you might find a couple of screams of your own when you come upon a 20-foot-long Tyrannosaurus Rex made from over 80,000 bricks.

Before you leave, be sure to stop by Ben's Brick House, a Lego-themed build-and-play area, where families can let their imaginations loose by creating their own masterpiece art.
