Art-Reach Access Program
Pennsylvania residents who use an EBT card to access government-issued cash, food or medical benefits can visit participating museums, science centers, gardens, historic sites and attractions for $2. Admission is paid for by the visitor and cannot be charged to the EBT card. The cardholder may bring up to four guests per visit.

ASTC Travel Passport Program
Got a membership to a science museum? If it’s affiliated with the Association of Science Technology Centers, you may be granted free general admission to other venues in the organization — as long as they’re more than 90 miles away. Mileage is measured by linear distance, rather than driving distance.

Sign out a pass at select branches to enjoy no-cost access to some of the area’s most popular museums. In addition to being a library cardholder, you must be 16 or older and owe no library fines. Passes can be borrowed for up to three days and aren’t renewable.

Venues across the country grant free access to ticketholders, taking after the free-admission Smithsonian museums in Washington, D.C.
