Meet Audrey K. from Paoli, PA, our youngest CoverKid for the year. Audrey is very outgoing and loves to go new places. She had a great time sitting for her photo shoot, especially since it ended with a real cupcake as a prop!
About Audrey’s family: She lives with mom and dad — Yvette and Steve — and will become a big sister this month. She likes to practice giving her baby doll a bottle and changing its diapers to prepare for the arrival of her new sibling.
Audrey lives near all four grandparents — Mom Mom, Pop Pop, Granny and Papa — and gets to spend a lot of special time with them, too.
Her first birthday party: When Audrey turned 1, she celebrated at home with family and friends. Her parents chose a panda theme because they had used a stuffed panda in photos to show her monthly growth that first year. They displayed the photos during the party for guests to enjoy.
Since her birthday is in December, all the children at the party received a copy of a winter-themed book — The Book of Snowy Tales — as a party favor.
What she likes to do: Audrey likes to dance with Granny and swim with her dad at the Upper Main Line YMCA. Her Mom Mom takes her to The Little Gym of Newtown Square, PA. She also likes to meet up at the park to have playdates with friends. At home, she likes to cook pretend meals in her play kitchen and help Mommy make dinner.
Favorites: Time to eat? Audrey loves both yogurt and mac and cheese.
If it’s movie time, you’ll find her watching Disney’s 101 Dalmations.
When she wants to listen to music, Audrey rocks out to Pharrell William’s uplifting tune “Happy,” which matches her bubbly personality.
