Olympiad Gymnastics

Olympiad Gymnastics and its FLiP KiDZ program will help kids develop coordination, body awareness, strength, flexibility, balance and confidence in a fun environment. The Delaware gymnastics classes are designed for children ages 3-17 with instruction in tumbling, trampoline, balance beam, vaulting and bars.
