Life at a glance:

Father to five kids — three boys and two girls, and husband to Tomorrow Jenkins, EdD, assistant principal at Kennett High School in Kennett Square, PA. Vince is a former truck driver and now a stay-at-home Dad to his three sons in Wilmington, DE.

You’re turning 40 this year! That’s a big one. What’s one thing you want to do this year?

Move into a larger house so the boys can have their own rooms.

What’s the best part about being a stay-at-home-Dad to your sons?

Getting to see them change and grow.

It must get a little hectic taking care of three boys! Do you have any secrets for staying patient?

Playing chess helps, but usually they’re so cute that I can’t stay mad!

What is your favorite thing to do on snowy winter days with your family?

Bake cookies and watch movies.

What do you like most about living in Wilmington?

The libraries – great hours, plus they’re child-friendly and offer story times.

It’s Valentine’s Day and you’re running late! Do you apologize with flowers or chocolates?

Flowers – my wife doesn’t like chocolate!
