This Saturday, the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts (PIFA) comes to a close with a massive FREE Street Fair in Center City. Broad Street is transformed into a giant carnival, complete with a ferris wheel, obstacle courses, knights & horses, a T-Rex, pop-up performances and of course, lots & lots of vendors with activities, food & giveaways.
