Barnes Foundation, The

The Barnes Foundation showcases late 19th and early 20th century European paintings, including works by CŽzanne, Rousseau, van Gogh, Picasso & Monet. The collection also includes ancient Egyptian, Greek & Roman art, Native American pieces & African sculptures. The Foundation is located on a 12-acre arboretum that features rare plants from around the world. Reservations must be made in advance for gallery tours. Limited docent-led group tours without reservations are also available on weekends.
