Our NAEYC accredited and state licensed program, strongly based in Jewish values, is designed to encourage the development of your child’s inner resources: curiosity, creativity, imagination, independence, a love of learning and self-esteem. Our programs follow The Creative Curriculum®
by Teaching Strategies which allows children to develop cognitively, academically, socially and emotionally. STEAM is incorporated into our curriculum to encourage creative learning and problem solving for kids through teamwork and academic challenges.
Communication between parents and our school staff is imperative. Tadpoles, our digital communication tool, provides parents with electronic daily reports, reminders, notes and photos of their child/ren during the school day.
Children enrolled in the Sari Isdaner Early Childhood Center enjoy the unique facilities of the Katz JCC, including music, art, sports classes taught by our Health & Wellness staff in the JCC’s gymnasium, swim lessons in our indoor pool taught by certified instructors through the Lenny Krayzelburg Swim Academy and the Imaginarium indoor play structure. Children participate in Jewish holiday celebrations throughout the year, as well as Shabbat celebrations both in their classroom and together as a school.
New two additions to our programs this year include Zumbini for our preschool and kindergarten students, which combines music, dance and educational tools for can’t stop, won’t stop fun! For our two year olds, Abrakadoodle Twoosys will encourage little minds to be creative and get hands-on through art.
