The Super Scooper at Penn’s Landing returns for its 11th year, Fri.-Sun., July 3-5. For only $5 admission, indulge in all-you-can-eat sweets from Ben & Jerry’s, Edy’s, Haagen-Daz, Philadelphia Water Ice, Turkey Hill & other brands. Reading Terminal Market is home to Bassetts Ice Cream, America’s oldest ice cream company, so it’s only fitting that the Market hosts the Ultimate Philadelphia Ice Cream Festival.
