Bethany Beach

Visitors to Sunset Beach at Cape May Point can view the sunset with an unobstructed horizon. Located at the southernmost part of the Cape, the beach is home to the Cape May diamonds, small pieces of quartz, rounded & smoothed by centuries of traveling down the Delaware River.
It is also home to the remains of the S.S. Atlantus, an experimental concrete ship once used as a coal steamer during WWI.
