Summer Children’s Theater
Summer is a great time to introduce kids to the magic of live theater as local theater companies pack July and August with affordably priced children’s productions. The Grand Opera House in Wilmington offers 6 “pay-what-you-can”
children’s productions this summer with a suggested donation of $5 per person. Shows include Fe Fi Fo Fum, July 22; The Frog Prince, July 24; Ferdinand the Bull, July 29; a performance by the Gizmo Guys, July 31; Peter and the Wolf, Aug 5; and a performance by Pete Geist, Aug. 7.

The Rehoboth Summer Children’s Theatre offers 50-minute, two-actor productions of Peter Pan, Snow White, Puss in Boots and The Emperor’s New Clothes in July and August at five locations along Delaware’s southern shore.
