New recipes for summer 2015!

Exploring farm and orchard fields to pick your own fruits and veggies is a hands-on, healthy way to encourage kids to connect to what they eat. But stocking up is only half the fun: We’ve rounded up the best local spots and times to pick each crop, plus an easy, kid-friendly treat to make together once you bring the bounty home. Remember, many of these venues have appealing hayrides, barnyards, play areas and markets, so schedule plenty of time for your U-pick adventure.
