Stars on the Move Portable Planetarium Shows
Bring the Universe to You with Stars on the Move! Stars on the Move is a portable planetarium owned and operated by Denise Vacca. Denise has over 15 years experience in astronomy education. As producer of the Fels Planetarium at the Franklin Institute Science Museum, Denise has worked with schools, educators and public audiences. She has produced, presented and developed numerous astronomy shows, as well as special programs and activities for space-related events such as Astronomy Day, World Space Week, Parkway Night Out and the Philadelphia Science Festival.
Denise opened her own planetarium in 2004 and continues to delight and educate thousands of children and adults with entertaining astronomy programs. She is an active member in the Rittenhouse Astronomical Society and continues to observe and appreciate the night sky.
Shows are LIVE so they can cover any topic.

AREA: The fully inflated planetarium requires a floor space of 20 x 24 feet and a ceiling height of approx. 10 feet. (8.5 ft. min.)
POWER: One power outlet.
CAPACITY: Approximately 35 children or adults per show.
NOTE: The Starlab Portable Planetarium Cannot Be Used Outdoors.
