Description:

Blue Bell Camp has been owned and operated by three generations of the Harris Family since 1946. For over 70 years, we have offered campers a complete program of exciting and in-depth instruction. Our mature, adult staff made up entirely of professional certified school teachers and coaches work with our campers in small groups of 9 children. Blue Bell Camp provides a traditional and wholesome day camp experience that builds skills while de-emphasizing competition. Each counselor is a specialist in their field who is passionate about sharing their expertise and skills with each camper. Our campers learn over 20 activities in an atmosphere that promotes confidence, independence, and leadership and provides a well-rounded experience.

Activities include: archery, baseball, basketball, ceramics, chess, campfire cookouts, crafts, fencing, fishing, football, golf, gymnastics/fitness, hockey, karate, lacrosse, music, nature/science, obstacle course challenge, riflery, soccer, swimming, tennis, theater, track & field, woodshop, and more! All of the activities we offer, both athletic and creative, are a wonderful vehicle for children to learn the value of teamwork, self-esteem, integrity, manners, and sportsmanship in a fun and safe environment. At BBC, campers spend their time outdoors learning to respect and appreciate their natural surroundings. Our goal is for our campers to come away from the summer having improved their physical skills as well as their character, personal growth, and development.
