Description

Step back into the 1700’s and hear the tales of those who lived in Woodford Mansion, a historic summer home in East Fairmount Park. Discover the story of the Patriot George Clymer, a signatory of both the Declaration of Independence and U.S. Constitution, and learn about the Franks Family, who sided with the British during the British occupation of Philadelphia.

During Patriot & Loyalist Tours, experience how people lived during the American Revolution through the Naomi Wood Collection of period antiques and art which adorns every room of the mansion.
