From 10am to 5pm Wednesday, there will be kid activities and musical performances, from face painting and balloon animals to juggglers and jazz. Guests can keep toasty inside or pop out to watch the Mummers. There will be a free hot chocolate lounge to warm up quickly when you come back inside.

If you're looking to send out the old year and welcome the new with the kids, check out our list of family friendly New Year's Eve events across the city, suburbs, South Jersey and Delaware. They range from noon celebrations for the early-to-bed set to venues with firework views once the sun sets.
