Participating museums across the country will grant free admission to ticket holders, taking after the free-admission Smithsonian museums in Washington, DC.

Participating Philadelphia area museums include: Abington Art Center, The African American Museum in Philadelphia, American Swedish Historical Museum, Athenaeum of Philadelphia, Brandywine River Museum,  Briar Bush Nature Center, Bucks County Civil War Library & Museum,  Chemical Heritage Foundation, Fireman's Hall Museum, Glencairn Museum,  Historic St. George's, Institute of Contemporary Art, National Constitution Center, Penn Museum, The Academy of Natural Sciences & more.

Participating Delaware museums include: Biggs Museum of American Art, Delaware Art Museum, Delaware Center for the Contemporary Arts, Delaware Museum of Natural History, Elsie Williams Doll Collection, Iron Hill Museum, The Lewes Historical Society, Treasures of the Sea Exhibit
