On a visit to the recreated country estate of William Penn, you can tour the Manor House, furnished with items Penn owned or may have owned. Outside, the park-like grounds are fun for exploring as a family and you can take younger kids to see the animals at the stables.
Did You Know? The site has a cemetery, but no one from the Penn family is buried there. Rather, it is a resting place for Penn’s servants and friends.
Save the Date: Tour the buildings by candlelight during Holly Nights, annually in Dec.
