This site is the former home of William Hancock, not to be confused with Declaration signer John Hancock. One of the worst massacres of the American Revolution took place here -- and rumor has it blood can still be seen on some of the floorboards. On a lighter note, kids can look for the initials of the original owner’s family carved into the brick, try colonial chores (such as using a sugar-nipper) or dress-up in 18th century clothing.
KIDBIT: Families can bring a personal GPS to play a geocaching treasure hunt game.
