Win Prizes with 72 Days of Summer Fun

An intro to MetroKids' summer-long ticket and toy giveaway

It's officially summer here at MetroKids. This morning, we kicked off our annual 10-week-long (and then some) school's-out celebration, 72 DAYS OF SUMMER FUN.

Every day through August 29 (including Saturdays and Sundays), click on our Summer Fun home page and enter to win a new gotta-have prize. We've got tickets to the Philly area's family-fun magnets — museums, sporting events, movie theaters, fairs, amusement parks, shows and more. We've got outdoorsy, active toys from some of the biggest names in playthings.

Every morning, we'll give you hints about the day's prize on our Facebook page and Twitter feed (#72Days). That's where we'll also announce the winner of yesterday's prize (Monday will bring a trio of winners' names, from Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Be sure to like and follow us on these social media outlets so you don't miss any announcements.

At the top of the page, you'll find a rotating gallery of some of the great stuff you can win. (Photos will change, so check back often.)

Below the listed prize on our Summer Fun home page, you'll also find our popular Day-by-Day Calendar to help you plan for every hour of your kids' time off. Events are listed en masse, in 15-minute increments; they're also searchable (in the left-hand column) by attraction type, age group, location and admission price.

We've been planning all 72 Days for months now, and we're excited that it's finally here. We hope you are, too. Click, enter — and enjoy the summer with MetroKids.
