Happy (and Healthy!) New Year

Happy (and Healthy!) New Year

Wacky Walk at Morris Arboretum

Kick off the new year with healthy habits. These weekend events make fitness fun for the family.

Walk off those extra holiday pounds while exploring nature at Morris Arboretum in Chestnut Hill, Phila., PA (be prepared to get silly during this themed "Wacky Walk"); Palmyra Cove Nature Park in Palmyra, NJ; and Bellevue State Park in Wilmington, DE. Bellevue also hosts Stroller Rollers, walks for caregivers with toddlers on stroller-friendly trails, on Mondays.
